The process is simple. W&B partners with small churches so that when someone calls the church and expresses a need for food, the church will complete the form below and food is onsite to be given out right away.  There is no need to wait for the food to be purchased because the food is already available at the church.  Once a month an inventory of items is conducted to see what needs to be replenished. The church decides on how many times a family can come for food, any income restrictions or other rules for distribution, not W&B McCray.

Replenishment is done every month so that food is always available from month-to-month.  Keeping in mind that food is only replenished "ONCE" a month on a scheduled day.
