1) Be a small church (100 members or less)

2) Understand that there is no limit on how many times a family can request help from the food pantry; however, the partnering church should also utilize other avenues to help the family not become dependent of the church.

 

3) Calls for food should only be done during church hours and food pick-up should only be during church hours. Food should be picked up by the family the same day. If a family does not pick-up the food requested by the Close of Business (COB), the same day.

4) W&B McCray Foundation will review the partnership between the foundation and the church every six months to determine if the partnership is still a viable option for both parties and every six months thereafter.

5) Partnering churches will agree to host Brown Bag events and/or volunteer fore Brown Bag event in their local area, when prompted.
